During our first month at Department of Information and Communication Technology, Sir Bonganay – our OJT-supervisor, asked us if we already knew how to use MS Access. We said no, since we didn’t encounter using this during our 1^st up to our 3^rd year studying Information Technology in college, since we only use MySQL and phpMyAdmin. Microsoft Access is a database management system (DBMS) from Microsoft that combines the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical user interface and software-development tools. Sir Bonganay started teaching us how to use MS Access and after that he gave us a sets of data and asked us to create a database from it. We had fun studying MS Access. At first, we thought it’s gonna be difficult because we’re not familiar with it, but as we get to learn how to use it, it became easier for us. We started to apply our learning about database.
